[ It wasn't that G'raha Desch - heiress to all in the Crystal Tower - had slept this whole time. She had woken, and begun to call to who she could aid. Trying to reach the Warrior of Light. But she still remained away from people, remained thinking her Tower was not intruded.

Until, one time, she saw Theta Weapon. They had stared, and Theta had vanished. And yet, now she knew.

And now, she was on the hunt for others. One arm turned to crystal, robes now covering her body. She roamed, sometimes interrupting the Adventurers who explored. They weren't the one.

She did not expect the one she'd be meeting today... ]

[G'raha Tia has heard a little- not enough to work out what she's been doing, not from the tales, at least. And so, he's been looking, himself- trying to assist those in the Tower.

And now- here she is. He stares for a moment, tail flicking curiously.]

Hello…? Did you come to see the Tower?

[crystalfortress]

[ She watched him warily, her nose twitching. Sniffing. He smelled... like her? No, like the old clan. Her tail swished, as she got closer.

But not too close. Bow still ready. ] ...No. What are you doing here?

[aneyeonthepast]

[He leans in, similarly caught and curious. How strange.]

I'm… I've been living here, of course. But what of yourself?

[crystalfortress]

...This is my home. [ Her tail is now going stiff, as she does take another step towards him. Chirps in her tongue, the sort they'd use to tribe-mates. Her eyes visible from under the cloak--

The Allagan Red eyes. ] How did you get in here?

[aneyeonthepast]

Is it…? And yet- I've not seen you here before…. [He gives a soft warble, ears pricking forward. A little chirp, as if to say hello- yes- I recognise you. And those eyes- the same as his, if he's not mistaken, and he tilts his head to let the hair fall away.]

By right of blood, I should think.

[crystalfortress]

Until a little ago, I was sleeping. [ They both share the same eyes. But that's impossible, isn't it? A few concerned chirps... but she speaks in Eorzean, as well. Her own ears were slowly relaxing, hidden under her robe. ]

...that another had the blood - I thought it was impossible.

[aneyeonthepast]

Oh- I see. I'd… meant to, but then, well. Some things happened, and it was better to be awake after all. Is that…? [he holds a hand out.]

As did I- or, well, close to…. I'd not expected to see anyone else.

[crystalfortress]

[ She touches his hand, with her fleshy one. Not her dominant hand, but... his skin felt wrong to her, as her ears pressed back more. ]

...You were to sleep as well? Somebody has to. For a brighter tomorrow.

[aneyeonthepast]

[It's strange, and he frowns, trying to figure out the source of the wrongness.]

Right- to make sure this isn't misused…

But at the same time- we can do a lot to help now.

[crystalfortress]

[ Her own flesh felt... tempered, in a way. But she seemed fine, right?

...Right? ] And so, you awoke the Tower without its' ruler.

[aneyeonthepast]

[He gives a very worried sound, taking his hand back. There's nothing strange about how she speaks…]

Ah, well- I was already here.

[crystalfortress]

Before me? [ She raises an eyebrow. But her tail is still twitching in friendly ways. ]

[aneyeonthepast]

I- well, I hadn't seen you before now. Else I'd have had a lot more questions…. [a little cautious curl!] 'Twas not my intent to interrupt anything.

[crystalfortress]

[ And now, they are nose to nose. Touching them, like they tended to as tribespeople. They both knew the cultures, the closeness. ] ...you smell a lot like me. But... mechanical. And with the remnants of a rut still on your body.

[aneyeonthepast]

[He giives a little nuzzle, tail flicking. It's nice, like this- it's been some time.]. You smell very similar, too! And- I suppose I would- that was one of the things that happens…. [and then he flushes, taking a step back.]. A-ah! That's- um, I didn't mean to… share that, really…

[crystalfortress]

...You smell like home. [ She smirks, though. ] I'm past my... [ hand wave, her arm covered in crystal much like the tower ] ...that.

[aneyeonthepast]

Oh- well, that's good! I hope it means good things. [he's still a little flushed, ears flicking, but he smiles. Gaze a little concerned on her arm for a moment.] Well- that's good! I- can only imagine it would be awkward if we were both… at the same time.

Er… may I ask…? [he gestures to her arm, a little.]

[crystalfortress]

...I wouldn't have been able to try and scare off... not intruders, it seems? [ A chirp, before her tail swishes.

And she smiles. ] Only if you explain your... mechanical flesh. Deal?

[aneyeonthepast]

Ah- that too, of course. [still a little red! he nods.] I- well, we don't consider ourselves such, of course.

Deal! If we're to spend time together, it's only right, isn't it? [he reaches out to offer his hand to her.]

[crystalfortress]

But you are. The security was still up - but you had the blood.

...I was awoken by a presence above mine. A side-effect of their... words was this.

[aneyeonthepast]

Yes. And- we're not using it for bad ends, I promise…

A presence…? [he frowns, reaching out to touch her, gently.]. Does it hurt? Have they… asked something of you?

[crystalfortress]

...It doesn't seem bad. [ She admits. But then... ]

...They do. They have sung to me tales of worlds fallen. Ones I can aid.

[aneyeonthepast]

I'm glad to hear that.

And that's why you've awoken? Is it… are you all right with it?

[crystalfortress]

...I am. I have awoken and can't sleep anymore - but it sounds like the Tower itself sings to me. And I sing back.

[aneyeonthepast]

Not at all? [he makes a soft sound, reaching out to cuddle close. But-] Then- it's not just the one way. That… sounds all right, I think.

…more sensible than mine, I think.
