[ A few days after arriving - his legs re-appearing quite oddly - Umbrosa (Or, Urianger as he'd told her - though he prefered using the name Umbrosa with people) had calmed a little. Though his mind had been stolen by another, he was still a charming young man.

Having slung on a poncho - it hid his strangely strong body, he thought - him and T'rhabye had been stating in Papalydas' house.

Even if, when leaving the door, it seemed to shift and change every single time. (Many exits to the same house - it was confusing.)

And today, it had opened to the beach. There was confusion in Umbrosas' eyes, as he looked back into the house.

[She wouldn't mind if he didn't hide it. But she knows! That'll do for now.

It's good of Papalyda to put them up! Though going new places every day is confusing… She supposes it keeps them safer that way, though.

She pokes her head out, ears perked up.]

The beach today? We should go out!

[ Umbrosa looked back to her, placing a hand to her. ]

...Would we need to... [ you know, he shrugs. Dress down? ]

Get changed? Well- it'll be better, in the sand! And if you want to swim a bit. Papalyda's probably got something…

[well she'd be pretty okay with seeing him in any kind of swimsuit, really]

[ He gives a little nod, stepping back into the room - going over to their drawers. ] I'm sure-- my Lady would be okay with us borrowing some of her clothing. She's given us so much already.

[wordsoftravelling]

M-hm. As long as we wash it after it'll be fine!

[…though as she goes to look, she thinks- they should maybe look into getting some for themselves, sometime. Papalyda's style isn't quite what she likes- though some of those bikinis are very nice, but they're really not what she thinks of when she thinks of Umbrosa. She takes out a couple, holding them up for Umbrosa.]

[ ...Wow. Those sort of clothes do remind him of the sort that he'd see Pamomo in once or twice, before they set out to save Eorzea. His expression soft, he reached out to touch, but... ]

They'd suit you more.

Mm… I thought that, too. But- better something that nothing, don't you think? We'll see if we can get something you like better in time.

[because they'll do this again, right? She holds them up again.]

Which do you think looks nicer?

[ He's quiet, before a smile crosses his lips. ]

That one - the black ones.

[ ...Seems all Urianger like black, huh. ]

This one, huh? [she puts the other one down, grinning.] Maybe I should have guessed that one.

Do you think you'll change, too?

[ascienti]

[ Umbrosa blushes a deep red. ] I-- suppose I should. If you were the only one dipping into the water, would it not be a disappointment for us both?

...You may choose-- what I wear.

[he's so cute, and she grins a little more.]

Well. I'd hoped you'd like to take a dip as well!

Are you sure? [she's teasing, a little- reaching for a maroon one-piece.] What about this one, then?

...Hm. I... like it. [ He says, after a pause - coming to grab it. He was still modest, after all - he looked around, to see if he could go get changed. ] I wonder if... I'll shift again.

Good! I hoped you would.

[well- there's the other rooms? She won't stop him, though she's fussing with her own shirt- eh, he's gonna see it sooner or later, it's fine.]

I don't know. But- we'll handle it if it happens, right?

[ ...He doesn't want to leave her right now. And so, he begins to slip off his clothes.

She's seen him naked before, after all. ] I still wonder if... why it happens.

[She takes a moment to grin at him a little, appreciating him, because he is nice, after all. And healing- which is even better.]

I wonder… Perhaps the spell isn't as stable as it should be?

[ He does quickly slip his swimsuit on, though - a little shy because he does have a slit, even as a man. ]

It was done in haste. There's not many openings to escape Garlemald.

[she pulls on the tanga, nodding.]

Mm… I think that'd explain it well enough. [she smiles softly- and reaches out to squeeze his hand.] I'm glad you took it- and made it.

[she lets go, clapping her hands together.]

All right! So now- it's time for the beach, don't you think?

[ascienti]

I'm... glad too. [ He says, smiling, moving to begin walking outside. ]

...I've never been to the beach before, [ he then says, so very quietly. ] There was no beach to be spoken of in Sharlayan, and no time during my work.

[wordsoftravelling]

Hff. Don't think the older ones would have cared for it too much if there'd been one, anyway…

But we've time now! [she grins, moving to wrap an arm around him. she'll probably try to drag him to the water soon, honestly.] How does it feel?

Agreed. If there had been, we'd have been kept from it. For is it not to be treasured? [ that's a lil sarcasm from him.

But as he steps on the sand, he seems to relax a little, his toes wiggling in it. His eyes are slightly wide, and... he's got a little spark in his eyes. ] ...It's warm.

Just like that! [she huffs a little- but she grins at him. she likes how he did that!

and he looks happy, with his toes in the sand. She grins, tail waving, digging her own toes in.] Nice, isn't it? Want to stay in the sand for a while?

[ascienti]

[ Her grin makes his heart skip a beat, and Umbrosa makes a mental note - more of that, if-- if he can. ]

I think I would. [ He says, as his feet shuffle, letting the sand part. But then, he steps forward a little, closer to... ] ...the ocean looks so very different then from a boat.

[she's still smiling now! he's cute.]

Mm. And you can get a lot closer!

[she tugs him a little closer to the waters still, bright.]

[ Oh gosh oh gosh... as he gets to close, as the waves can touch him... Umbrosa relaxes, gently reaching out a toe. And freezing up. ]

It's cold.

[wordsoftravelling]

[she laughs, tucking her arm around him.] It is at first! But on a nice warm day… it's very nice! You'll adjust.
