[ Haurchefant had gotten used to now having another few around his home. In fact, it had become quite nice. But something had been bothering him... and that was the fact that Thancred hadn't yet learned to fly. Today was the day to change that, however, after the morning feed - before even his daily patrol.
He's gotten dressed into looser clothes - showing his body off quite well. He also had a second pair of clothes - for Thancred, of course. ]
[Thancred had returned to his nest after the feed, sitting near the opening and looking out over the forelands. The view was amazing, and he liked taking the time to look at it before starting his day. He spread his wings and felt the slight wind catch them.]
[Thancred only slightly jumped when Haurchefant came up and nuzzled at him. He was getting used to the other man's random affection. He pulled his wings back against his back.]
Haurchefant! [He managed to shout before he was in a free fall, falling towards the ground. He could feel the wind over his wings, but they weren't catching enough to support him. The ground came closer, and he could only hope his dragon form came with immortality or being harder to kill]
It's okay. [ He says, with a bit of a smile - starting to fly up higher. ] The first time I flew - I didn't even know I had wings. I simply wished to... well. [ Kill himself. His body reacted and he had caught the wind. ] I thought it may have helped you to think your own life were ending.
Hm. [ He stops on an outcrop of the cave - seems he stops here a lot, for he's moved some old chairs up here. A better place to relax then inside, for they don't wish to disturb Tataru. ]
Even if I wanted to - whatever made us both dragons wants us to live. Trust me.
[ ...Today wasn't meant for this, though. He looks out again, before: ] Perhaps we should begin with simply seeking out Aether Currents? I hear that is how Chocobo learn to fly.
[Thancred let's go of Haurchefant and stands on the outcropping. It was sad to think this man tried to kill himself a second time. He reached out to rest a hand on the others arm.]
I should be thankful, you saved my life twice now, just being around.
[Thancred smiles before letting his hand drop and walking over to one of the chairs. Sitting down, he spreads his wings to catch what little breeze is up there, and takes a second to glance at them.]
They look ok, right? It's more me not knowing what to do?
[He relaxes a bit as the other examines his wings. If there's something wrong, Haurchefant will know. When he speaks though,Thancred turns his head to look at him.]
[Thancred leans into the kiss more, and feeling the other man's tail brush against his, wraps his around it. It was an interesting feeling, but something wasn't right. Pulling away, he looks at Haurchefant, tails still entwined.]
Wait... You're married, are you not? I can't do this.
[Open marriage? He'd heard of those before, and figured it would have been his best option, if he ever got married. He glances at their tangled tails for a moment, then back at his friend.]
That and... [He's nervous about the changes his body went through, but doesn't know how to say that]

Oh really, and what is that?

Today, you shall fly.

So he swooped, in his form - trying to grab onto Thancred while flying. If he managed to, he'd simply turn to a hover. ]

Sorry. I wasn't reacting right.

I'm glad you succeeded in flying... Instead of the alternative.

[ He gave a smile, as he let his arm get rested on. ]
I'd not let you get hurt though my own mistakes. After all... I'm meant to protect.

And touching the wings with his own gentle hands, gently examining with his white eyes. He lets out a bit of a sigh. ]
Oh, something does appear a little wrong.
[ (of course, he's just saying that for some gayness.) ]

What's wrong with them?

They look too cute on you!

Wait... You're married, are you not? I can't do this.

It is a quite open marriage, I'm glad to say. Both of us love many people, and so are allowed to see them like this.

We don't need to go too far. But, still... you've much to learn of your body. And I think it could be rather... splendid to explore it, together.
