Aquapolis Raiding!

Welcome to the glory of the Aquapolis! Grab your maps and let's go! The Aquapolis is a place in Final Fantasy XIV, where you can find lots of rare treasure. Party up with some friends or some randoms, and have some fun! Throw anybody or anything you want here.

 

Prompts:

1 - Finding the Portal:
Before you enter, you gotta find a portal. You just soaring around on your mounts, trying to read the maps? Or are you already looking it over, or even disappointed that this map hasn't opened a portal?

2 - Inside, fighting monsters:
Why are the monsters here so big. Why are there gobbies sometimes. Why Arges.

3 - Choose the Door:
Looks like the choice is up to you - but how will you decide the door? Will you fight with your adventurer buddies?

4 - Treasure!!
Woo! You found loot! Is it nice and valuable and you want it all? Or is it loser tier.

5 - Other?
Have you decided to just chill and mess around inside without fighting? Or decided something more... lewd? Free space here!

[ When the Warrior of Light comes to you and says, "We are going on an adventure", she means we are going on an adventure. Leave it to the young Xaela who is largely responsible for bringing about such massive change in Ishgard to not pull her punches even when it comes to simply deciding what she and her friend will do with themselves for a day.

Honestly, Estinien should have realized it was going to be something painful and unpleasant when he left the decision to Cecil.

That's not to say she is without sympathy though. They've been wandering for quite a while now and the free paladin can tell even her stalwart dragoon companion is starting to feel the toll that long stretches of heavy battle can take on the body. She makes sure they're tucked away securely before taking off her gauntlets. ]

[ Estinien, on the other hand, will take off his armor when he's dead, so you won't see THAT happening anytime soon. Still, he's rather... he isn't sure. Annoyed might be a good word, but given he's generally grumpy most of the time anyway, is this really different from his USUAL demeanor?

... If he's tired, he's not one to show it or mention it, so yeah, probably for the best you decided they stop. ]

And pray, remind me again, why we are going on this wild Chocobo chase?

[ Cecil doesn't seem to think so, if the fact that she regards him just as good-naturedly as she normally would is anything to judge by. ]

[ She says it with a warm smile that he'd be hard-pressed to convince anyone who didn't know her well was not entirely genuine. It's the sort of smile that inspires poetry, really. ]

I was under the impression you had bested all other possible challenges and would be eager to try your lance at something more difficult. If I had known this would upset you so, I would have suggested you simply join me for tea.
