[ Th'ancred had heard of the Make it Rain event, and had decided... well, he'd look cute in some of those clothes. And the bar there was good - and his daugher had gone, as well.

Perhaps he wanted to simply relax. The Scions were at rest - as far as they could be. They were preparing to see what the Source would bring - since it seemed to be a calm similar to periods of large activity.

But, for now, Th'ancred sat at the edge of the airship there, legs danging over. He could have teleported - he'd never been cursed by Flow - but he still wanted to feel the air against him. Sometimes he wondered if death was even a concept here. No, they'd be there soon, and he could gamble his heart away. (Maybe see if Alisaie would come home. She'd been set up there for days.) ]

[He flutters up a little, giving their group a good look-over before he nods to her, moving closer again.] It's… very strange she saw that so easily. But- they're still Scions, aren't they?

They are. [ Yes, they can trust these Scions. ] I think that's the alternate Tataru - so, that's more reason to trust her. But...

It's still wrong. [ She's also guessing from the beautiful plumage, slightly tinted pink. Alphinaud is following closely, listening, ] But we can... ask her over food.

They do very much sound alike… And Tataru's quite trustworthy.

[and it's a very nice pink in her plumage- matches their Tataru's shirt just about exactly, if he's any guess.]

We can! That should be nice- and some of the best conversations are had with food, after all.

With some of the appetites around here, we need to keep food around all the time. [ Tataru explains - as she leads them into a building, and down a corridor. ] It costs a lot, but it's worth it for our friends - and we make quite a bit running this place as well! Repairing ancient and not-so-ancient goods is good for the mind and the pocket~!!

[ Once they enter a door, there's quite a spread of food, all sorts. Middybryda can't help but flutter up a little to sniff at the food, before snorting excitedly. Minfilia is a little more wary - and Alphinaud begins to carefully walk forward, he's hungry. ]

I can only imagine… [not too far, that's good!] Well! I'm glad to hear you're doing so well. What sorts of things are you dealing with?

[oh, wow, that's an impressive spread! Thancred whistles a little- before glancing at Minfilia. Hm. If she's wary, then-]

What do you want to try first?

[he can taste-test! he's a faerie, it's probably fine.]

Weeellll, [ the Vanu said as she moved towards a salad for herself, ] there's quite a bit of building to do, with the union of Dravanian and Man, between the worlds. Oh, and there's those Goblins who decided to take an old testing faculty to train up other people and try out new robots! [ in other words, rival wings. ] And when they're done, there's always crowds who need a break, mhm! [ can you feel that pride?]

Minfilia gave him a little nod, trying not to flick her ears too much. She had to be presentable. ] I think I'll just begin with some tea. [ She says after a little. she is hungry, but... also nervous. ]

Of course- buildings and furniture for one aren't quite shaped for the other, are they? New robots…? Maybe we could watch them. [he's worried- but also interested.] And you provide for them, of course [a grin! she's clearly doing very well.

He nuzzles a bit.] All right. That sounds good to me, too. [though he will take some of the meat and salad, too. It'll be fine!]

Ooh! You'd love it - there's a lot of testing! And sometimes there's even cooler robots which come out with cool music!

[ everything is tasty. they hire good chefs! Minfilia is smiling as she sits, and. Oops. Moenbryda is burying into a chicken. Or, well, uh, a smol Chocobo. ] Yes - thank you, Taru Vali. If I knew it would be this nice, I would have invited more of us...

It's more then fine! Twelve know that everybody works too hard, right? [ preen preen preen, but also. ] I know that's what my-- Minfilia, wasn't it? That's what she does. And so many others~ It's really rare one knows how to deal with the world. Or just becoming a part of Hydaelyn. [ Which is something which is a sore spot for this Minfilia, so she sort of. Takes another sip. ]

So there's sure to be one while we're here! Cool music, you say? I wouldn't miss it, then! Minfilia- you don't mind, do you?

[very tasty! Thancred makes an approving sound, and- well Moenbryda probably approves too. It's amazing to see her working on it- he's a little amazed, but she has always had a good appetite.]

We could all visit again, couldn't we? It'd be good for everyone. [he reaches out for Minfilia- trying to squeeze a little.]

Of course I don't mind - it may be fun to watch. [ And she could stand to see others being in conflict a little - as he flutters closer, she gives him a little rub. She's fine. Really. It's not like she's terrified of what her fate could have been.

But Taru Vali seems so very happy. ]

Then it's settled! When you're all nice and full, we'll go and watch some Rival Wings! That's what it's called.

And of course you can visit! It's not like we could come to Mor Dhona, is it?

...Even with all the chaos, there's still a stigma against the Beast Tribes, I'm afraid to say. Did you learn that from-- our Tataru?

[Since he hasn't seen it, he's not as worried… But he's still concerned. He does relax a little, though, settling against her.]

Rival Wings, eh? Is that the style of the robots?

It may improve- I'd hope at least. [since apparently they have made some strides that way?] We could bring gifts.

That's good. [they could probably learn from Tataru and Taru's delegation!] Between the two of you? What else have you been looking at?

No, uh, it's because they're split into two teams, named after birds! [ like her! she's a birb! But softly, she pauses. ]

Well, we ALL share our knowledge, all the Tararu - even if we didn't want to. Comes with being what I am. Gifts sound nice!!! [ she says trying to distract from what she mumbled. ]

Oh- that does make more sense, come to think. Which birds are they named after? [a super cute birb!]

Well, we need to keep an eye on every single shard. It'd be bad if we didn't. [ holy-- every single one? Minfilia just. Drops her tea a little. Fully paying attention. Not even noticing the Sylph and Middybryda fighting a little over food playfully. ] But the best gifts are those which suit you! Every single one of you is different, and you're all my friends! After all - there's no need for us to be enemies, even if my lessers think we should be.

All of them!? That's- an incredible number, surely. [um. maybe he'll just try and rescue that before Minfilia drops it completely. He does notice- oh that's cute. And they're having a good time! That's good.] Well, of course- I suppose you consult on the best options, too? [he hesitates a little- concerned. Trying to tell, a little.] I'd certainly hope there'd never be any way in which we could be enemies.

I wouldn't want to be your enemy! It's rare, though, that Spoken and Ascian can get along. [ She... just says it. And Minfilia just puffs up. ] A-Ascian... you?

...You didn't know? [ Oh, Taru Vali. She's now fretting, coming up to hold Minfilia and holding out a talon so Thancred can steady himself, if needed. ]

… Ah. We didn't, no.

[he does- just kind of sag against her, yes. He doesn't think they're in any danger, after all, he's just- more?]

Speaking for myself- it still seems strange. I imagine that's why… [Tataru didn't say. He darts a glance at her- watching Minfilia more, to try and work out what to do now.]

[ She is not well, and Taru is softly stroking the poor panicked angel. ] It's really okay, Minfilia. If any of us wanted to,
we would have taken you all down. [ that isnt helping. ]

Taru Vali… I don't think that's what she needed to hear. [he's gonna move slowly, to hug a little too.] But- you have shown us kindness, here… May I assume that remains your intention while we're here?

Of course. Honestly, I don't even want Zodiark back or whatever Elidibus is doing. It'd be sad.

[ she even gives a lil squark! minfilia is unsure, though. ]

[he's going to settle between the two of them as best he can, sort of holding onto both enough it's… sort of like a hug, considering size.]

[ Minfilia makes her wings visible, brushing a wing against Thancred gently. She's fine, but... they should listen to her, hm? ]

It would! And then we'd have to say goodbye - I like Eorzea! Pretty much all of them! This one is the most concerning - but not in a bad way.

[Soft and nice, and he leans into it a little. He's listening.]

Mhm! It's not often a nexus stands for this long - ooh, and the fact it's moved so far away from its' mirror - it should be impossible.
