[ A few days after arriving - his legs re-appearing quite oddly - Umbrosa (Or, Urianger as he'd told her - though he prefered using the name Umbrosa with people) had calmed a little. Though his mind had been stolen by another, he was still a charming young man.
Having slung on a poncho - it hid his strangely strong body, he thought - him and T'rhabye had been stating in Papalydas' house.
Even if, when leaving the door, it seemed to shift and change every single time. (Many exits to the same house - it was confusing.)
And today, it had opened to the beach. There was confusion in Umbrosas' eyes, as he looked back into the house.
What should they do? ]

Milkroot… that can be pretty strong, can't it? …did it help them?

We were in a stupor for multiple days, from what we recall. Our journals were quite... queer.
no subject
…all right. Thank you, Umbrosa.
[they probably should, at some point. But- not now.]
It really is strong, then… What had you written?

Even if, once we awoke, there were quite a few dead imperials around us, bones scooped out. Moenbryda still holds those journals, if I recall correctly.

[…scooped out bones, though. she fluffs a little, wondering- but not very much.]
They must be an interesting read…

...Or me.

[she hesitates- a little uncertain, given it sounded as though this Moenbryda was an Ascian, but…]
It would be good of her if she was. I hope she is.

[ Umbrosa is smiling, though, his eyes seeming to glow with his happiness. ]
And you... if you can go though worlds by choice... couldn't you go and see yours? If they worry, that is.

[she leans in to kiss him gently.
Though- her ears drop a little at that.]
There aren't… there weren't very many of us left when I departed.
no subject
[ He'll kiss her back, as he asks, so very carefully. ]
I don't want you to... was your home at risk?

[ Instead of saying more, though, he begins to kiss her more - on both her cheeks, so warmly. They both... this is safer for them, isn't it? ]

She wraps her arms around him, clinging a little, and purrs, as hard as she can. It's not a good memory- but he's helping. She's glad they came her- for the most part, it's been a lot better.]

If you had to leave... I'm sure if it became more dangerous, your allies fled as well. [ Oddly enough, he's an optimist... ] We can find them - Papalyda would enjoy it as well, would they not?

The others… they were still trying when I left. [it's nice of him- but she's less so.] Yes… If the others did arrive, I'm sure they'd like to see them again.

...And I suppose the other woman they have tempered. Rowena isn't as attractive as you.
no subject
[she snickers a little.] I'm glad to hear you say that.

[ He's terrified, he's trying to say. But... Lord Papalyda will make it better, right? ]
no subject
[Papalyda's a good help, but- gien their situation, she worries.]

The sea... is nice, but it pulls at us. Even if it's beautiful.

[Mm… When they get back to shallow waters and the shore, she moves to cuddle a little, ears flicking. He's… he's still here, it's okay.]
